Since my race on Monday, I haven't done much training. The only thing I have really been doing is swimming. Yesterday in the pool our main set was:

3x50 on 50 dec 1-3 (fast one was 27.3)
3x50 on 55 1 easy, 2 fast (27.5/27.2)
3x50 on 60 3 hard (27.5/27.4/27.7)
3x100 on 1:40 dec 1-3 (Fast one was 58.2)
3x100 on 1:50 1 easy, 2 fast (59.4/59)
3x100 on 2:00 3 hard (58.9/1:00/57.6)
Not a bad set for me. After that we did a kick set and I started to cramp. Today was a long day at work. I got off work and went for a 40min jog followed by a swim. I'm just about to head over to Karsten to watch the Hockey Game tonight. Lets hope I go to sleep a happy man. Go Canes Go
