So before I get to the swim set, I should tell you about my tempo ride I did yesterday. The plan was to come to Guelph and bike a 30min tempo ride. After warming up for about 20min I started. This will be my longest tempo ride of the seaosn. I don't have any power meter, or one of those speed things bikers have where it tell you how fast you going. I can just tell how fast I'm going by looking at the road under me and the wind in my face. I'm guessing I was biking at an avg. of 46km/h for 30min. Not bad for my 1st tempo ride outside. lol
So onto the PTC Swim set. When coach CT shows up all he tells us is to warm up 500 choice. which was fine. untill we had finished and saw the board. Here was the set.
1500m on 20min
3x500 on 7min
15x100 on 1:25
So here is how it played out. 1st James was mad that I was swimming in his lane and thought I was drafting off him. hahhahaha. I only did for a few:) Anyways, the 1500 James and I stayed together the whole way and swam 19:01. With Angela beating both of us in 18:58 I think? then it was onto the 3x500. the 1st one James went alot faster then me. I think I was 6:28????? the 2nd one I was 6:22. with James still about 10sec ahead of me. The the last one I tried to stay with him, but he droped me around 350. My time was 6:16. When the 15x100 came around I had done myself in. So the 1st 10 were justmaking the pace time. Well, maybe everyone till the last 2. Where James told me to go for it. Not sure what my last 100 was in, but it was fast. It would of been under 1:10. Then it was off to see Annika. And Breanne had made James and i pancakes. Which were awesome. James ate about 5 and I gave up after 3. I just got back form a easy bike and I'm heading out for a run just before supper.
I haven't been playing PS3 for a couple of days because I'm at my parents house in guelph. I'm kinda looking forward to getting back to waterloo so I can play GT4.

According to my geek gadgets, your averaged 52km/h with a P=437 and NP=464. You are a monster. And yes, you were swimming at my hip and that gets annoying when the MS is 4500m long. Remember, I am a prima dona and must have my own lane--ideally one with a few rose petals floating on the surface :-)
