I already told you guys about Friday where I had the epic swim workout. The very next morning I was in Waterloo for a swim meet the rapids were putting on. Lets just say it didn't go to plan. I was still very tried from Fridays workouts, and I was entered in the 200 free and 200 back. This was a yards meet too. I love swimming yards. In the 200 free I went out at a steady pace. But by the 100 meter mark I was done. I'm not sure what my 100 time was, but my 200 free time was 2:01. It's still a good time, but 4 weeks ago I swam a 1:50.4 in the same pool. Then it was off to guelph for a brick workout by myself. I started out with a 60' ride "EASY" and then 15min tempo, 2min rest, 10min tempo, 2min rest, 5min tempo, 2min rest. Then I passed out for 30min on the floor because I was so tried. On Sunday Adrian got me up early so we could bike for 90' and watch Reid C run his really fast 47' 15km road race. Awesome race buddy. Then it was off to the pool for a swim. Delmonte and I did 16x50 on 55" and then 16x100 on 1:30. now I'm just getting ready for a 80min run from my parents house. I'm going to run my fav. forest loop. the loop usually takes me 40' so I will have to add on somewhere.
hope everyone is chreeing for Carilina tonight in the hockey game. If they win, they will force a game 7. or they will be hitting the golf course early.
