Today Francis and I got up at 9am for our Sunday morning long run. We ran 80min on the Wilmot Line. It's a very hilly road here in Waterloo. We took it very easy in this wind storm we were having today. Then it was off on the bike for 2 hours. Once again "VERY EASY". Tonight my Carolina Hurricanes play in game 3. I won't be able to watch them because we don't have cable here. My Dad will be giving me updates if anything major happens. Tomorrow is the Boston marathon. I have to work all-day so I won't know what happens till 3pm. I'm hoping the American can come top 3. His name is Ryan Hall. Go Ryan Go!!!!
