HUGE DAY!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I just checked out Simon blog and the PTC Blog and my name is still not on them. I guess James is the only guy that loves me.

So let me bring you through my day. Last night I went over to my Dad's place to watch the hockey which went into over-time. My Mom didn't understand why Dad and I would yell at the TV when someone would score or make a bad play. I guess Mom's will never understand guys and hockey. So Saturday morning I got up at 8am and had 2 slices of toast. "this would last me most of the day" Then it was off to swimming where we swam almost 6000 yards. The fast set we did today was 3x100 broken with 10sec rest. So the 1st round was 75/25 (My time was 51.7) 2nd round was 50/25/25 (My time was 50.9) 3rd round was 25/25/25/25 (my time was 49.4) then I ran home with Francis who was waiting for me. I had a 30min brake where I had a bowl of cereal. Then I was out the door and on my bike for 2 hours. I wasn't going fast at all. Then Francis was waiting for me again where we did a 8k tempo run in 29:55. When I got home I ate as much fruit as I could. I was so hungry. I'm just about to go watch a movie now. Francis said it was a very good movie. it's called Slumdog Millionaire.
