I know...... it's been way to long and I bet no one even comes to my blog anymore. So here's a update:
At the start of December I really hurt my IT-Band and couldn't run. Now because I'm a dumb Triathlete, I thought I could run through the pain. And it just made it worst. But I got smart and decided to rest it for 2 weeks. I'm just starting to run again. I was in the pool I few times in December, but nothing to much to report on there. I start going back to school on Wednesday, which I'm really looking forward too. And Today is the start of my 2009 Triathlon season. I got out for a run with the UofW team. And tomorrow I plan on going swimming with UofW. It will be a slow start, but it will pick up as the season goes on. Hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Years.
