I have now been training with no pain in my IT-Band for a week and a half. I'm hoping it will stay like that for a very long time. Right now I'm trying to get in 2 tempo runs in a week, and 4 swims per-week. My swimming is slowly coming back and I will be swimming fast again in no time. I'm training with a great group of guys over at the UofW. They are all fast then me, which is awesome because it will just make me swim faster. I'm hoping to have a good season while worrying and going to school full time. I have most picked all the races I want to race this year, and once I am happy with what I have picked, I will post them on here. I can tell you my BIG race of the season will be Nationals out in Kelowna BC. I'm going to give another crack at the draft legal racing. So it will be a big focus on swimming and running. I'm off to school. hope everyone is keeping warm.
