Hanging in there

Just as the title says..... I have made every workout so far this camp and my legs are starting to feel it. I haven't rained this hard since my XC season last year. But I'm loving every min of it. Last night Sean, Rachel, Jenn, and I played rock band. It's like the funnest game ever. Yesterday I went for a 60min, then headed out on the bike for 3 hours. We have a good group of cycles here. We rode 90km in 2:30. Kinda fast, but I held in there. Then it was off to the park of a open water swim. we did 4x150 strokes and lets just say I sucked. then Barrie had us swim an extra 20min on your own. Me and AP got out early because we were cold. I also got a good 90min of sun tanning by the pool with Jen, and Jenn. I'm just back to head out to the pool for some Short course yards. My fav. I can't wait. I'll update more later
