Day 1 was was a very good day for me. I started out with a 45min run with Nat and Sean. Nothing hard, just get the legs moving. Then it was off for a 2 1/2 hour bike ride. once again nothing too hard. Sean picked it up with 10k togo and I felt good going with him. Then it was off to the pool. I can't remember the whole set but the main set was:
