
I'm back to School on Monday after 3 weeks off. It will be good to be back and get myself into a routine again. This passed week I tried to hit all my workouts and I was really close. I only missed one workout and that was because I didn't bring my swim suit to the pool. I had a Mega Day in Hamilton today and I am very sore right now. Caron put us through a very hard Yoga class. and we bikes for 2 1/2 hours followed by a 20min run.
Here is what I plan on racing next year. These are my race's I want to do well in. I will most likey be doing Duathlons and Subaru Triathlons as training races.
1. Focus on Long course and a few Olympic Distance races
2. Tampa Bay Tri in April
3. Memphis in May
4. Sister's wedding (May 31st)
5. Muskoka Long Course
6. Possibly Tupper Lake 1/2 Ironman
7. 1-2 draft legal type races in July
8. Michigan 70.3 race(Goal will be TOP 3)
9. Nationals in Kelowna
10. Muskoka 70.3
11. Fall running(College Running)

lol, I still haven't come up with the date for the Dave Sharratt open. I'm think it will be a mile this year. And it will most likey be held near the end of August.
