Just putting in the time and getting the mileage in. I'm swimming about 5-6 times a week, running about the same and biking when ever I can. I go in stages when it comes to training. And right now I'm loving the swimming. I have a few swim races coming up in February. So that is why I am swimming so much. I need to get fast in 3 weeks. My 1st meet will be in London and the 2ND will be in Burlington. My goal races in them will be the 400 free. My PB is 4:28 and would love to beat that.
