
last time I left off I was going out for a run with Megan Brown and the Delmonte's. lets just say they all dropped me by 3k. they were flying. It was too fast for me right now. This weekend I decided to start training and getting back into shape. It started out Friday morning with a VERY hard swim set at McMaster University. It was long course meters and Andrew Cole put me in the hurt box. I had to drop out after 5000m. the rest of the team went on to swim 7000m long course. They are getting ready for there training camp in Mexico. Then I had a planned run of 20x60" at interval pace. The run took me about 65min. Then the next morning I was up early and off to Mat Reid's running store for a wattage test. For 32km I put out 261"avg" watts. So I was happy. then it was off to the pool for a set for 30x100. (10x100 on 1:40/ 10x100 on 1:30/ 10x100 on 1:25) Lets just say I was SOOOOOOOO bored. I made all the paced times, but it got hard with 400m left. Now I'm back from Hamilton and for some sleep. I have a 90min run tomorrow with the Guelph team which I hope is an easy pace. my legs are so tired.
