Hills.......

And so there were hills. I'm not a big fan of hills. They have to be my least Fav. workout I do. With biking or running. We run this hill hard up and then hard back down. It works out to 1400m. Last time we did this my times were: 4:44, 4:43, 4:50, 5:00, 4:59. Yesterday was much better. 4:47, 4:43, 4:44, 4:33, 4:44. The 4th one I went allout. And I did that to see how well I could do my last one. Then I went home and did homework all night. I got up early to do my 22.5k run and this time I didn't want to feel like I did last week. So I started out a little slower and by then end I was rolling. My time was 1:26.30. Much better then last week where I ran 1:28. So my workouts are going great as of right now. My buddy Adrian said to me this weekend "Why don't you just run over a 100miles?" Because I haven't done that yet. I have only made it to 97. So it got me thinking????? So this week my goal is to run 100+ miles. I'm on pace right now for 105 if I keep all my runs up. well, back to class. I'm here till 7pm every Wednesday.
