The passed 4 weeks I have avg. 93 miles a week. I'm still feeling good keeping up all this milage. We will find out next weekend because it's my 1st race of the XC season. this passed week me and drew did a 25min tempo on Tuesday, Then Wed morning I ran a hard 22.5 km holding 3:50's. Then Thusdays was easy and I also had 2 tests at school, which one test I got 95% and 85% on the other. Then Friday I went over to the universirty to run the trillium loop. It's a loop that is 2k long with every 400 marked out. I was doing 5x mile on 8:00. my avg was 5:07. I will be doing this loop 2 more times this year and I hope to take my time each time. Now I'm off to Toronto to see Adrian who I haven't seen for a long time.

I know this is a jerk move, but you gotta get these posts proof read.
- passed = pass a test/move ahead, past = elapsed point in time,
- Drew and I, not me and Drew
- Thursday was easy and I had 2 tests at school, I got 95% on one and 85% on the other.
- university, (no "r")
- I will be doing this loop two more times this year, hopefully I will take off time each time, OR, I will be repeating this workout two more times this year, hopefully getting faster each time.
Sorry, I know you write these fast, and I love reading your posts.
Your right, I really should get someone to proof read what I wright. I'm like that in everything I do. I had to hand in a project last weekend for school, so I got my Mom to read it over and she was changing everything around. I have always had that trouble every since I was in grade school. Let's just say my engilsh wasn't up to par. I have tons of thoughts that run though my head, but I can't put them down on paper. I am also carded with a learing disability. And spelling is the one I struggle with most. Next time I will sent you a copy 1st and you can read it over for me;) Thanks for the tips!
Hey Davo,
wow those are big numbers! I will have to do that Trillium wkt with you next time--sounds like fun.
I know that anon is just being constructive--but who cares--it is a blog--I am interested in your thoughts--not whether or not you can write with perfect grammer.
Hey Bud!
What an ass!
would have been far better to acknowledge that you are trying your best, and that you have made huge strides in BOTH your running and your spelling over the 3-4 years that I have known you.
send this guy up here with his stick and blades and we can meet at centre ice and drop the gloves, and I'll knock the snot out of him, and perhaps knock some sensitivity into him. he'll be spelling sideways afterwards.
The rest of us say keep up all the good work and improving!
I actually have a learning disability too.. in the same sort of writing thing you have i bet! (I'm the guy who criticized too). I found the best thing was to read a ton, so you know what "looks" wrong, and then you can figure out how to make it better.. nothing personal at all!
Ok, first of all, this is not an English class Mr. Anonymous; second of all, everything that David wrote, although may have been grammatically wrong, was still understood. How bout, instead of trying to be David's English teacher and wasting your time on correcting him (that, yes, really made you sound like a jackass), and go read someone else's blog, or go out for a run and try to be half as fit as David.
Dear Anonymous: If you like to critize, why don't you tell us your name. Do you know David? If so, for how long? If you knew him and see what he has accomplished in his 25 years, you may have thought twice about what you wrote there. I find it hard to believe you have a "learning disablity" or you would never have made those comments in the first place. David knows who his true friends are and obviously you just seem a bit jealous of what David has actually accomplished. Come back in another 25 years and you will know what I'm talking about. Yes, I'm David's mother and I, along with his father and sister, are very proud of his accomplishements whether he can spell or not.
Hey anonymous you are something else - I guess you are a very literate person with very few social skills and no back bone. You are afraid to give your name, that says alot about you right there. When you achieve what David has in the short period he has maybe you will have enough courage to give your identity but I doubt that as I read you as a very low life individual with no class whatsoever who will never achieve anything in your life time.
