So this Saturday I will be heading down to London for my 1st XC race since I was in grade school. I'm getting excited about heading down there. The last few days I haven't been running that good. But I also have been putting in long tempo runs. Yesterday I did a 32' hard tempo and then this morning I went out for a 22.5 km easy tempo, but it wasn't easy. I feel apart around 10k. from that point on I never got back into my stride. I ran 1:28.00. Still fast but last week I did it in 1:26.36. I will be doing one more workout before the race on Saturday. I will be doing 300's on the grass. I will try and post after my race and let everyone know how I did.
