I had Friday off work so I could start my weekend off good. I did 10 hill repeats followed by an afternoon swim. I am really happy with the way I'm swimming right now. I think I want to find myself a 1500m race somewhere and see how fast I can swim it. Saturday was a mega day for me with a 90min swim at 5:30, then a 3 hour bike ride followed by 75min of yoga. I was offered to go see 300 Saturday night, but that's not my kinda movie. But I met up with my friends after the movie and hung out for a bit. Today was my long run day. I did a 21km run in the morning, then I napped; and then I headed out for a 5k tempo run. My 5k tempo run was a little faster then I wanted it, but I felt good. My time was 18:18. Next week looks like it will be nice out, so maybe I will get out on the bike??
