This week has been a toll on my whole body. I feel so weak right now! So here is how the week started off. Monday was the easiest of the 4 days. I had a easy swim with some fast 50's, but nothing to hard. Then that night I biked for 90' doing 8x(2' hard/2' stand/1' easy). Tuesday morning swim was a hard set of 8x400 on 6:30 (even pull/odd swim dec 1-4). All the pulls were 5:05 and the swim parts were (5:00/4:54/4:55/4:44). Then it was off to work and then down to York university for 5x 1000m on 5:00. We were told to hold 3:05 for the whole set. We nailed every time. 2 being 3:04. Wednesday I had to work all day and when I got home I went for a 19k run with fartlek. This is where the crazy bus lady started yelling at me. I was doing 6x(2'/60"/30") with (90"/60"/30")rest. Just before my last 30 hard I was stoped at a spot light and had to wait. The Bus driver opens her door and tells me to come over to her. So I did!!!! Then she tells me that I'm not load on the road and to go run some where else? It was so random. I just shook my head told her to mind her own business. Then I see her again on my warm down and she gave me the thumbs up with a big smile on her face? I have no idea??? Now the store isn't over yet. I take the back way home and find myself stuck in a river with water half way up my calf. And I didn't want to go back so I just ran the rest of the way in the cold water. I was soaked. Then 30min later I was on the bike for 90min with another hard workout. Then I was up at 5:00am for a hard swim workout. The main set was 6x100 allout on 6:00, and max push-ups in the rest. This workout took alot out of me. My times were(1:00/1:06/1:03/1:04/1:06/1:07). The rest of my day just sucked after this workout. I had a 15k run with 10 hills and I felt like crap the whole time. Tomorrow I get a day off to recover from all the hard work I have been doing. I'm going to be in bed early tonight.
