This week looks alot like last week. So not much to report on. I went to the track yesterday and did 3x600/ 15min tempo holding 40sec laps/ then 3x600 again. Today I did a bike workout at 10:00am and then at 2:00pm I went out and did 20min warm-up/ 20min tempo/ 20min cool down. I'm still feeling good so far. I have hills tomorrow with a swim in the morning. Friday afternoon I will be heading out for a 3 hour bike ride. This weekend I'm running 21k of the around the bay road race. So far it's looking like a nice day out, so I hope I can run a fast time.
Who out there likes basketball? I love March madness when it gets down to the sweet 16. Who is everyone picking to win? My pick is "Ohio State" and "Florida" in the final 2. With "Ohio State" taking the win. I'm not very good at guessing teams, but they are my picks. Feel free to let me know what teams you guys are picking?

I think Ohio State just used up their "get out of jail" in overtime against Xavier. I agree with Florida but I'll take the TarHeels in the east/south bracket. I'm not picking them just because they are seeded #1, but because my first pick of Michigan State was a dud.
