The last few days I have been putting myself in some pain, but good pain. last Tuesday I headed to York for a indoor track workout. I always look forward to going there because I love being on the track and running fast. Yesterday I did a brick workout with intervals on the bike and a easy 55min run. Then I was up early today and did a really good swim set. the main set was 8x100 Pull with paddles on 1:45. I was coming in at 1:15. Then we had to do a 800 free and add 5sec to the time we were coming in at and hold that for the whole 800. So I had to hold 1:20. And I'm happy to say I did it. I came in at 10:33. which is just under 1:20 pace. Then this afternoon I did my dreaded hill workout. I did 9x 1:15 up and easy back down. Oh man it was so much pain. Lets just say I was happy to have it over with.
Now I'm off to watch some Grey's Anatomy and the Office. My 2 fav. show on T.V. Tomorrow I will be taking off and giving myself a brake.
