Nothing to much to report on

Saturday night was a surprise party for a good friend of mine (Ryan Wideman) that will be leaving for Edmonton for 3 months. I will miss you buddy. Sunday morning me and Adrian went out for our long run at 8:00am so we could make it to 2ND service at our church. We were out a little longer then expected because once our run was over we only had 20min to shower and be in the church. and we live about 20min away. We were only 10min late. So it wasn't that bad. Sunday afternoon I jumped on the MTB and rode outside for 2 hours. It was snowing/Rain at the time and my bike was a mess by the end. This morning I woke up to freezing rain but it didn't stop me from swimming. I swam a good 200 all out at the end of practice in 2:23(1:11-1:12). I'm starting to get my speed back;) now it's off to bed because another early morning awaits me.
