What a day. We started off with a 3 hour ride on the trainer. Then it was off for some Yoga which was harder then I thought it would be. Then we headed over to the pool for a swim set that I couldn't finish. My arms were so sore and my legs were cramping so much that I had to get out. It was a long day and I was gald to get home and go off to bed. Today I'm doing a 15k run in the morning and then a 7k run in the afternoon. I'm feeling better today and not as sore as I thought I would be.
