-25 Today Outside

That's right, it was -25 with the windchill today. And Me and James were brave enough to go out and run 17km with 12 hill repeats. It was nice to have someone else do hills with me, it's not as tough. I was also happy with my swim this morning. The main set was 4x100 on 1:30. And once again what ever I held for the 100's I would have to hold for a 400 free. So my avg. was 1:15. And for the 1st time this year I went under 5:00. My time was 4:55. It was very even split too. 2:28-2:27. The we did the same thing again, but all backstroke. I held 1:25's for the 100's and 5:35 for the 400. Tomorrow will be an easy day with a lite swim in the afternoon. I hope it gets warmer soon, or it will be off to Florida earlier then I thought.
