After coming home from work, I was trying to decided where I wanted to run my intervals. I had made out a 1200m course out on the roads, but after all the wet snow fell I wasn't sure if that would be the best place to run. I don't like running next to cars after a snow fall has happened. They get way to close to you. But I decided to just run the course I made up anyways. I was doing 4x1200 with 2' rest followed by 4x200 with 80" rest. Here were my times:
1-3:57
2-3:58
3-3:56
4-3:58
Then my 200's were all 33". I think I'm ready to go on Sunday. My race goes at 9:00am. I have an easy run tomorrow and then taking Friday off. Saturday will just be some strides to get my legs moving.

Which race are you running on Sunday?
I am running in the Jingle Bell 5k in Burlington Ont. My Sister and Dad ran it last year and they really enjoyed it. So now it's my turn. I just hope it's not too cold out.

Hey Sharratt,
here is the comment that I said I'd leave on your blog. Hope your race goes well tomorrow. And I can't wait to take all your money tonight at poker!
