Today me and James ran 10k at easy pace. This is the start of my taper week because I race on the 10th. It's a 5k on a flat course. My goal will be to brake 16:00. The weather say it's going to be a high of -3. I just hope there is no strom leading into the race. I have one more hard workout on Wedensday. I'm doing 4x1200 just above race pace with 2' rest. So I would like to be running 79-80" laps. Tomorrow will look alot like today with an easy 10k run.
