I wanted to get up early today because of all the training I wanted to get in. But I slept in of course. But after I got up and was ready to go, I went out for a 10k run from the university. I met up with Kyle Boorsma about 15min in and ran with him the rest of the way. I'm guessing we ran 11km together. Then it was time to get my swim in. I did a long main set of 6x400 on 6:30. I was starting to feel like crap near the end but hung in there and swam 4200m all together. Got home and ate as much as I could before heading out for my 2nd run of the day. This is my long run of the week, and my long run is 28km. I was feeling great till about 5k left. Then my legs started getting tried, but I finished with a good time of 1:58. Now it's off to watch survivor with Mom. Tomorrow is an easy day to recover. My weeks totals are
Swimming: 17,400m
Bike: 5 1/2 hours
Run: 100km

Yay for long days! How much did you run today total? 39km?
I sure did run 39km. I love the long days as well. After I'm out the door, I love it. I'm in my own little world. I guess you kinda have to be running that long. I will do it again next week as well. I mite do the long run 1st then the short one in the afternoon.
