Some people ask me what I like to do before I race. Usually just before I leave my house for a race, I watch this video.
This video gets me so pumped up.
This passed week of training has gone to plan. I made all 3 workouts at the university. I got tempo in on Monday, some fast intervals alone the river on Wednesday and Friday did some short intervals. School's going good. Learning new stuff everyday. I'm trying to spend as much time with Annika as I can. I saw her walk 8 steps on Friday all by herself. I can't wait till she starts talking and saying my name. She has her first big race tomorrow in Caledon. I can't wait to see her finish.
