Windsor Triathlon

I was feeling really good going into the Windsor Triathlon weekend. I had a okay swim. I would of liked to be up with Sean and Len. ON the bike I biked great till 15km, and my legs started to give out. So I lost a minute to Len on the bike. And the run was rough because I had nothing in my legs. Wolfgang passed me around 1mile and went on to finish 3rd. I was 5th about a minute back from Len. I wasn't to pleased with how the race was run. I thought they could of been more organized and let the volunteers know what was going on. If it wasn't for the pro money, I would never race there again. But that's just my opinion.

Now it's one more tough week and then I will be able to taper down for my 70.3. Today I did a hard brick workout with the guys in Hamilton, and in a few hours I will be heading out for a 100k tempo ride in Milton. I will be going hard till Saturday. Then it's taper time. I can't wait. I'm feeling tried the passed few days. Lets hope all the pieces fall together in 2 weeks.

Yesterday was also my last day of work at ODG. I really enjoyed working there and will miss all the friends I made.

Which costs less - Guitar lessons on DVD or Guitar lessons from a personal teacher? Well, enough of beating round the bush. It's time for the real thing. Beginning with country music (since it makes abundant use of the acoustic guitar), here is a list of easy guitar songs to play (country songs, that is). You can strum the chords with two or four downstrokes on each chord. As I mentioned before this chord progression works as a turnaround and can be played over and over again. The next step is to begin learning the guitar chords. Any play guitar for beginner's material you invest in should cover chords and the correct fingers to use on the designated strings. Beginners should first learn to play guitar chords before progressing to guitar tabs.
