Good Brick workout

the goal today was to swim fast and bike hard for 8km. I want to make sure I come out in a swim pack so I can draft. Today I was very happy with my swim. We had a good group of guys out. Sean B, AP Smith, Andrew Y and Jason Willson. We swam in a pack the whole way. Andrew forgot his bike shoes, so it was hard for him to jump in a pack. But he still BLOW by us on the 1st interval. I'm talking like Lance Armstrong fast. I looked over at AP and Sean and said "What the hell was that?" hahaha. On the 2nd interval Nat jumped in on the bike part and made me hurt. I had to let Sean and Nat do the leading because I almost got dropped. I asked Sean after what his Watt were, and he said his "do-hicky computer" read 300 watt when he was drafting. Now it's time to rest for the weekend. The ride up to Montreal will take about 6.5 hours from Guelph. My Parents and Grandpa and coming to watch this weekend. So I can't let them down. Need to race HARD.
