As I said in a few posted before, My co-op job has moved me to the afternoon shift. But I have rethought my training and I think I can handle working on afternoons and still train at a high level. The afternoon shift is much more relaxed. He is what I have planed for training.
Monday- swim at 6:15-8am, bike at 10-12, then work 2:15-10:30pm
Tuesday- Swim at 6:15-8am, Longer Run, then off to work 2:15-10:30pm
Wednesday- Day off work. I will train in Hamilton with the C3 Team
Thursday- Swim at 6:15-8am, Run tempo or track, then off to work 2:15-10:30
Friday- Day off work. I'll try and train in all 3 sports
Saturday- Go to Caledon for open water swim, long bike and 45-60' run
Sunday- Open water swim, bike and long run
Tomorrow is C3 Golf fundraiser for our club. I plan on going down early to get a open water swim in, and a track run after.
