I will now be getting ready for Sr. XC Nationals on Dec 1. I will start my training next Tuesday night. I will try and blog what I do every few days. I should have more time to blog because I'm not working as much anymore. My goal will be to run 90-100 miles a week. I will try and hold that for 2 1/2 months and then start slowing it down going into Nationals. This should be a fun fall because I'll I'm doing is running.
