Well, Win number 2 for me. I seem to be racing duathlons great this year. But these were 2 low key races. I had a busy weekend. Friday me and James went to the pool and swam 5000m. Then we were up early to head down to Caledon for a open water swim. I need to get used to my new wetsuit. Then we all went for a 2 1/2 hour bike with a 30min run after. Then it was back to Guelph for me because I had to work. I worked till 11:30. Then I had to be up at 5:00am to be in Caledon for the 8:00am Duathlon start. My race went really good. I took the lead around the 2.5k mark and held it the rest of the way. I had a great bike ride and out split everyone by 2min. Then I held off for the 2nd fastest run in the last 5k. So lets hope I can do the same in my next race in Muskoka;) I just need to make sure I have a good siwm and come out close to the leaders.

Good start to the season Dave.
What is your A race this year ?
I don't really have an "A" race this year. I am working 2 jobs right now and am finding it hard to race this year. I will be in Muskoka this year and Windsor forsure. Other then that I will have to see if my work will let me have some weekends off.
