I was really happy with the training I got done this weekend. Friday I did 6x3' with 2' recovery on the roads. I felt really good on all of them. Saturday morning I got up and swam and then headed up to Caledon for a Mega Day. The only thing I didn't like about it was that we had to bike inside on a nice day. We had a new Yoga instructor and it was so hard that I couldn't do half the stuff she was telling us to do. Lets just say I really need to work on my flexibility. Today was my long run day. I did 25k this morning in the rain and 5k just before supper.
I know I'm a bit late in reading the Da Vinci Code, but I started reading it on Tuesday and I love it. I'm almost done. I think I'll finish it ether tonight or tomorrow. I can't put the book down. Every chapter seems to leave you hanging and you have to keep reading. anyways, hope everyone had a good week of training.
