The start of my training camp!!!

So today I started my 1st day of training camp #1. Yesterday I had a great day with the family and James (Sister Boyfriend) family. I ran on yesterday for 1hour with the Delmonte brother's. It is one of my fav. runs of the year. Today I was up early and was out the door for a run with Megan. Megan kept dropping me and I had to tell her to slow down. We ended the run in sub 4min pace. It won't be long before she brakes my 5k record of 15:57. After the run I had to rest up because I had a 2 hour bike in the afternoon. The bike was a lot of intervals and standing while biking. It went by really quick because I was watching Smallville. I got though 3 episodes. It was awesome. Now it's off to bed because I have an early morning swim at 5:00am. I hope everyone had a great Christmas.
