Go Canes Go!

Last night I was over at Karsten house watching my Canes Win game 7. Tonight Karsten and I are going to the Blue Jays game in Toronto.

Today I got out for a 90min easy bike ride. It was such a nice day out. Tomorrow is going to rain, but i'm still going to get out for a little bike ride and run. I'll update Sunday on how I'm feeling going into the Waterloo Duathlon.
