Happy Easter

All is good in the land of Davey........ A few weeks ago I swam PB in all my freestyle events. I went 17:25 for the 1500 free, 56.6 for the 100 free and 4:25 for the 400 free. I have been in the water a lot just because of my IT-Band and it's been kinda cold outside. I have been running and biking a little, but trying not to over do it. I'm home for the weekend and will get on the bike tomorrow with James. I think my 1st race of the season will be the Waterloo Duathlon. Then Milton, and then Muskoka Sprint. I'm not doing any long stuff this year because I'm too busy with school and work. I will be heading out to Kelowna for Nationals in mid August. Just before I head back for my last 4 months of school.
