1500 free

I raced a 1500 on Friday and it didn't go as planned. I can't seem to brake my 17:55 record I set 3 years ago. I swam 18:18. which isn't a bad time. I just wish I could of swum 17:59 or under. Len Gushe who I went out for dinner with Friday and Saturday night swam a very good meet. He set a world record in the 400IM in a time of 4:48. Good job Len. I really hope I can still swim and train as hard as you do when I'm 45. keep up the good work.

Next weekend one of my best friends is getting married and I'm his best man. this is going to be a very exciting weekend for Ryan and I. for his bachelor party I took him to Medieval Times in Toronto and then headed out to a pub downtown. there was 8 of us that attend the party. I think Ryan had a very fun time his last weekend of being a single man. And after next weekend I'm going on a eating plan because I feel fat. I need to start losing weight. I'm at 174 right now and I want to get down to 165 for race season. When I raced XC back in October I weighted in at 162. here is a video I stole off Adrian Delmonte's wall. It just makes you want to get outside and train.

CONGRATS though! I hear you're the "Ovechkin" of running! MVP award, ATHLETE OF THE YEAR, and OCAA GOLD MEDALLIST, and sweet CHEQUE to boot! Ovie would be proud! I sure am!!
Congrats again!
